The following conditions ensure a smooth, professional experience for all parties when booking with our agency.

Agency Fees: A 20% agency fee applies to all bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Model Rates & Overtime: Rates are based on an eight-hour day. Overtime is billed at time-and-a-half beyond eight hours unless other terms are negotiated.

Usage Rights: Usage is limited to what is agreed upon at booking. Any extended or additional usage requires prior written approval.

Payment Terms & Late Fees: Payments are due by the agreed date. Late payments will incur a 10% weekly penalty until settled.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours of the call time incur the full fee. Within 48 hours, half fee.

Weather Permits: For same-day weather-related cancellations, half fee applies if rescheduled immediately, full fee if not. Early weather cancellations follow standard terms. "Book or release" applies when secondary jobs are ready.

Reshoots & Rebookings: If additional shoot days or re-casting are required, new availability and additional fees will apply based on the scope.

Travel: Travel exceeding 3 hours one-way or requiring overnight stay will incur additional fees. Clients are responsible for travel costs unless otherwise agreed.

Communication Protocol: All communication must go through our agency. Clients may not contact talent directly without prior consent.
